Furry Tales Cat Rescue is a foster-based agency located in Smiths Falls, Ontario.
Founded in 2015, they have helped almost 8000 cats. Furry Tales Cat Rescue is a not-for-profit registered charity, and 100 percent volunteer-run organization.
Their primary goal is to assist cats who need urgent care. They take in older and middle-aged cats who have been displaced, abandoned, or at high risk of being euthanized in the pound system. They work diligently to pull these cats to safety within our rescue. They help stray cats in Ottawa and the surrounding area, cats rescued from hoarding situations, and those who have been surrendered by owners.
